Khnar Por Commune
Khnar Por Commune, located right beside Chansar Commune was adopted during the Covid-19 pademic in 2021. Engelstoft Foundations was approached by local commune officials for assistance. The foundations donated food packages to the commune and a relationship was built. Together with the HiS Women program, Engelstoft Foundations also implemented both HiS Schools and HiS Students programs in schools that were eager to be part of the programs.

As of 2024, Khnar Por Commune hosts 85 participants within the HiS Women program, 118 participants in the HiS Students program and 6 schools.
